Terms of Service

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By utilizing the Wheel of Impact tool (“the Tool”), users unequivocally agree to abide by and adhere to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
  2. Data Usage and Privacy:
    • Research and Evaluation: The data gathered and processed through the Tool will be employed exclusively for research and evaluation purposes associated with the objectives of the Wheel of Impact project.
    • Privacy Protection: User privacy is of utmost importance. The Tool ensures that collected data is aggregated and analyzed globally, with due diligence exercised to prevent individual identification.
    • Data Storage: User data will be securely stored on servers located within the European Union (“EU”). This commitment is made to uphold data protection standards in accordance with EU regulations.
  3. Project Information: The Wheel of Impact is part of the Erasmus+ project and is registered under Project Number 2021-1-IT03-KA210-YOU-000033909. This initiative is supported by the Italian National Agency, Agenzia Nazionale per i giovani, and the European Union.
  4. Compliance with Laws: Users of the Tool are obligated to adhere to and respect the laws of Italy, where the Wheel of Impact project is primarily based.
  5. Participant Information:
    • Accuracy of Information: Participants bear the responsibility of providing accurate and up-to-date information during the use of the Tool.
    • Participant Consent: By engaging with the Tool, users explicitly grant consent for the collection, processing, and utilization of their data as specified in these Terms.
  6. Feedback and Improvement:
    • Tool Enhancement: User feedback is instrumental in the ongoing enhancement of the Wheel of Impact tool, contributing to its continual improvement.
    • Recommendations: Participants are strongly encouraged to provide constructive feedback for the enhancement and refinement of the Tool.
  7. Agreement Confirmation: By submitting answers through the Tool, participants affirm their understanding of and agreement with these Terms of Service.
